I just got a chance to look at this, and turned the firewall off. Writing the file as an exception succeeded without any message.
It might be coincidental, but after turning off the firewall, my protection was 100%, but that maybe came from that exception.
Cheers,
Louis

Then the firewall was blocking you. I wonder why you didn't have any log entry as every rule applied writes a log... If this happens again I will need access to your site to check what's happening.
Every issue found (modified files, malware alerts...) decreases the percentage. After adding the exception you don't have any alert so the final percentage will be 100%.It might be coincidental, but after turning off the firewall, my protection was 100%, but that maybe came from that exception.

Jose

I was looking at the default template, and then hit close. I got this message: The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site. I hit back, and I'm still in the site. Funny, I couldn't close the template, yet I opened the Main Menu and then saved that without a message. I did enable the firewall again.
View web firewall logs still shows 0 logs.
Thanks Jose,
Louis

Regards,Solved. The LFI filter was causing the issue; as the string to store in the log was too big there were no log entry. I have fixed it and now you have the latest version of Securitycheck Pro, 3.5.0, that will be released next week. I have also modified the filter to avoid false positives like this.

I'm glad to help you find and fix little issues. I always appreciate your help. What's the LFI filter?
Cheers,
Louis
