Sorry about that. I need to see the logs to check what's happening; maybe you have the user-session protection feature enabled and this is why you're blocked. The firewall has many options and needs to be configured to suit your needs.
If it's not too late please send me administrative credentials to access to backend and I will check it.
Regards,
Jose

There is a post talking about this: securitycheck.protegetuordenador.com/for...cumentation/584-faqs
Anyway for you and future visits to this post:
I have been blocked
The easiest way to recover access is disabling the plugin using phpmyadmin:UPDATE #_extensions SET enabled=0 WHERE name='System - Securitycheck Pro'
Once I get access again
To grant us access we can:
- Add our ip to whitelist. Not valid if our Ip changes frequently (although we can add an IP range).
- Add the component as exception to avoid more false positives in a future. There is a button to do that in logs.
- Enable OTP ( scpdocs.securitycheckextensions.com/troubleshooting/otp )
- Choose not to apply rules to certain groups (not recommended) ( scpdocs.securitycheckextensions.com/conf...ion/rules_management )
Regards,
Jose
