I need your help. I upgraded to the SP Pagebuilder Pro to the version 4. When I start the app I get Restrichted access. message. I tried to add an exception com:sppagebuilder to the htaccess backend protection, but it can not be saved. I get the error messageError 406 - Not AcceptableGenerally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.
Mod_security is a server firewall, so it's managed by your hosting provider and the issue it's not related to Securitycheck Pro. Contact and explain them your problem; it's usually solved by adding an exception to the rule in the .htaccess.
