I have installed SC Pro on a new to me website, have put my Download ID in, and the component still showing Not Defined as the subscription status. I have been using SC Pro for over a year on other websites; the only difference is that this site is not on my server, but is on an InMotion server (client's choice), and because I don't control the InMotion server, the php version is 8.1.14 (rather than 8.1.16), and the MySQL is 10.3.38-MariaDB-log rather than 8.0.32 that I use on my servers. Can you please tell me what I should be looking for?

Hi cbsmktng,

After adding the Download id, did you log out and login? Susbscription's status is checked on every login.

Jose

Yes, I did, I installed it in mid-February, and have been updating the content almost daily. I've also re-installed SCPro twice. One other "symptom" seems to be that the file integrity check stalls about 1/3 of the way through, and I get the 3 hour time out. I do an initialize data reset every time I try to work on it. I have done database optimization from every angle I can (cPanel, Admin Tools Core 7.2.3, PWT ACL, SCPro Performance).

Hi cbsmktng,

Can you send me administrative credentials to access to the site? If so please use the email from which you receive forum notifications and I will check it tomorrow.

Regards,
Jose
