Hi Jose,
is restored my production site to a test environement. using akeeb and kickstart.
The new frontendworks fine. But i cannot acces the backend. it does not work with the extra string after /administrator?
Can you help me with that. Can i switch that of in the database? so i can login with www.----.org/administrator ?

Hi Jan,
Glad to hear it worked.
When you restore a site with akeeba you have the option to set a default .htaccess, keep it or replace some files. Depending if you applied the backend protection you should choose one or other.
Regards,
Jose
