Can not add a new user

Hi, I have tried to add a new user and everytime I do, it just locks me out of the website. I noticed the 'Lock Tables' have users in there, but when I remove it and save, it just adds it back in again.
Can you help me solve this so I can add a new user. I am running the latest version of Security check pro.

does this user belong to an administrative group? If so, check if the "forbid new admin accounts" (waf configuration -> User session protection is enabled. Having this feature enable all new accounts with administrative privileges will be deleted.

To add a new account, just disable this feature, add the new user and enable this feature again.

No, that feature is switched off. And I have tried to add as a Registered User only and still locks me out.
I just get the message: The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site

Do you have the "spam protection" plugin? If so maybe some of the settings set (ip, username and/or email) appear in the "stop forum spam" database and that's why you're blocked.

Hi, yes I have the spam function installed. But I can not add any new users, does not matter what the name is.

Maybe because the IP or the email have been reported. Go to wag configuration -> spam protection and enable the "write log" option. This will add a log entry in Securitycheck Pro telling you which parameter is found in the "stop forum spam" database and it's frequency.
